What we collect
When you subscribe to CiboloWatch alerts, we collect your name and email address, plus optional fields you choose to provide (neighborhood, ZIP code, topics of interest). We do not require a phone number or any other identifying information.
If you submit a tip, sponsor inquiry, or realtor contact request, we also collect the information you include in that form.
How we use it
- To send you weekly email alerts about Cibolo and Schertz development, roads, and public hearings.
- To tailor alert content to your neighborhood preferences, if you provided them.
- To respond to tips, inquiries, or correction requests you send us.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.
Email delivery
Alerts are delivered through Beehiiv, an email platform. Your email address is stored in Beehiiv's system and subject to their privacy policy.
Analytics
CiboloWatch uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate page views and visitor counts. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites; it reports anonymized, aggregated traffic data only. No personally identifiable information is collected through this tool.
Cookies
CiboloWatch does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Beehiiv, our email delivery provider, may use its own cookies when you interact with hosted sign-up forms; see their privacy policy for details.
Unsubscribe
Every alert email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email adam@primelocalgrowth.com to be removed manually. Removal is processed within 48 hours.
Data retention
Subscriber email addresses are retained as long as you remain subscribed. Upon unsubscription, your email is removed from the active list. Beehiiv may retain suppression records to prevent accidental re-subscription.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing adam@primelocalgrowth.com. We will confirm and complete verified requests within 30 days. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, so there is no opt-out request needed for those activities.
